It has been a year and a half.
I bought "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" at 2007 and finally I finished this thick novel with 705 pages tonight.
I have been reading for so long since I rarely extract the book from the shelf unless there were classes that requires no attention at all.
Harry Potter series were my favourite books(and also movies) throughout these years.
Though sometimes the book may seemed a bit difficult to understand, it's been a company, an encouragement, and also a motivation to me; and how Harry and his beloved ones went through all the tasks and risks to fight against Voldemort will still remain deep in my heart.
And I will also remembered the bravery of Severus Snape(and also his love towards Lily Evans), who was once the character that I hated most, become the character that I respected most(apart from Dumbledore) in the last chapters.
And what reminding me next was...it's Harry Potter who brought me "Doujin" and some lovely friends who have accompanied me for years, telling me friendship can be linked even though the actual persons were apart from each others.
Thanks to Harry Potter, and thanks to J.K Rowling for creating characters that encourages my life.
I bet this must be my favourite series ever.
Meantime, I just realized how much I have loved English when I was young.
I believed that my English standard had rapidly been deteriorating since I had studied abroad in Taiwan.
No more long essays, no more G.E Classworks, no more Precis, and no more debates.
What keeping my English "alive" here...must have been English novels.
Therefore, may the interest of reading novels be with me all the time, and reminding me of my love towards English.
I wish I could yell from the mountain top: I love Harry Potter!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Actually my favourite characters in HP are James and Lily XD, plus Severus perhaps?)
